Plant Italia is a family venture from the Panchals — the same team behind Bombay Food Junkies, one of St. Louis's most beloved vegan restaurants. After more than a decade of plant-based living and cooking, we saw something missing in the St. Louis food scene: a dedicated vegan Italian restaurant. Not an Italian restaurant with a few vegan options on the side — a place built from the ground up to prove that plant-based Italian food can be just as rich, comforting, and satisfying as the original.

Chef Krupa leads the Plant Italia kitchen with over a decade of experience in plant-based cooking. She developed every recipe on our menu — from the signature Chikn Alfredo to our house-made Toasted Ravioli, a plant-based take on St. Louis's most iconic dish. Her philosophy is simple: use fresh, high-quality ingredients, cook with olive oil instead of heavy processed fats, and let the natural flavors shine. Every sauce is made from scratch. Every pasta is prepared fresh.

Welcome to our restaurant, where we serve a delightful blend of classic Italian dishes and western-inspired favorites. Indulge in our Saint Louis specialty, "Toasted Ravioli," or savor the crispy goodness of "Americanized Fried Mozzarella Sticks." You can also enjoy timeless classics like Eggplant Parmesan and meatballs, along with a wide selection of grilled pan. We take pride in crafting our sauces from scratch, using only healthy ingredients for a truly authentic experience.

Our menu brings together the best of Italian comfort food with a plant-based twist. Enjoy St. Louis classics like our Toasted Ravioli and Fried Mozzarella Sticks, hearty pastas like Meatball Marinara and Garlic Shrimp, warm paninis on artisan focaccia, and house-made desserts including Tiramisu and Cheesecake. We also offer gluten-free options and our popular Make Your Own Pasta, so you can build exactly the dish you want. Most mains are $10–$13 — because eating well shouldn't cost a fortune.
